Clean Dressing Room!

Update with new photo, Nov. 24, 2011

Burien Little Theatre is getting ready for “Inspecting Carol.” As part of the process BLT cleaned its dressing room. Because we had a volunteer to help we took up the 1970’s red shag carpet that was falling apart. After just 40 years we are making headway in the dressing room. If you look at the photos you can get an idea of what the dressing room looks like. Now I think a nice used oriental rug down the middle would be grand. What do you think?

This just goes to show us what we can do if we get a little volunteer help. Ah to survive on the kindness of strangers! Would you like to adopt a dressing room? Make it your own? Keep it clean and happy?

UPDATE (Nov. 24) by Craig: This is a picture of the upper dressing room after it was cleaned. It may not look it to the untrained eye, but this is what it looks like when it’s clean:

In fact, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaner.

It just won’t be the same without that deep red carpet getting wrapped around everything we move in and out of there…
